Innovation\u00a0<\/span>Office<\/span><\/h1>\n

Since 2018, IDiBE has had an Innovation Office, funded by the Valencian Innovation Agency \u2013 IVACE+I and the European Union through FEDER funds (INNTAL11\/19\/011; INNTAL1\/2021\/11; INNTA1\/2023\/17). In 2022, we secured funding to convert it into a Scientific Unit for Business Innovation (INNVA2\/2022\/8), which has enabled us to foster collaborations with technology centers (such as AINIA, INESCOP, and AITEX) for the development of some of our main research lines. This funding was renewed in 2024 through project INNVA2\/2024\/3 (with funding from IVACE+I and the European Union thanks to FEDER funds). Thanks to these projects, we have two full-time staff members dedicated to promoting knowledge transfer to the productive sector.<\/div>\n

But the transfer of the IDiBE starts much earlier. In its two decades of history, many projects with companies have been developed, more than 35 patent applications have been filed, most of which have been licensed, and 11 spin-offs have been founded based on the developed technologies at the institute.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our research groups are open to collaborate with innovative companies to develop and transfer new knowledge.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
