The SMT-120 VT is an automated biochemistry analyzer for the biochemical, immunological, electrophilic and hemostatic analysis of multiple animal species. Fully automatic operation, without the need to add diluent and centrifuge. Test results are automatically printed after 12 minutes. Simple operations in 3 steps: adding the sample, inserting the reagent disk and obtaining the results.<\/p>\n

This equipment has been acquired through the ThinkInAzul project (GVA-THINKINAZUL \/2021 \/020).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sistema de Cromatograf\u00eda L\u00edquida de Ultra Alta Presi\u00f3n (uHPLC) Shimadzu, de la serie NEXERA, acoplado a un detector de espectrometr\u00eda de masas con triple cuadrupolo modelo LCMS-8050 para masas en t\u00e1ndem (QqQ-MS\/MS). Los equipos de uHPLC permiten acelerar los procedimientos de cromatograf\u00eda l\u00edquida, incrementar la productividad y disminuir el consumo de fase m\u00f3vil reduciendo los costes y p\u00e9rdidas, con las consiguientes ventajas en el desarrollo de procesos anal\u00edticos en los campos farmac\u00e9utico, alimentario y cosm\u00e9tico. El acoplamiento de este cromat\u00f3grafo l\u00edquido a un detector de espectrometr\u00eda de masas de QqQ de alta velocidad de barrido (>15.000 umas\/s) permite el desarrollo de m\u00e9todos altamente robustos y reproducibles, reducir los tiempos de an\u00e1lisis frente a los m\u00e9todos convencionales, debido a las elevadas corrientes de iones generadas, y alcanzar una alta sensibilidad en modo MRM (multiple reaction monitoring).<\/p>

La sensibilidad de este equipo permite alcanzar un l\u00edmite de detecci\u00f3n del orden del picogramo en modo MRM, lo que le hace especialmente indicado para el an\u00e1lisis cuantitativo de todo tipo de mol\u00e9culas: compuestos org\u00e1nicos, metabolitos, p\u00e9ptidos tr\u00edpticos, aditivos, f\u00e1rmacos, pesticidas, etc. Por otra parte, este equipo tambi\u00e9n ofrece resoluciones por debajo de la unidad de masa (R < 0.7 FWHM) para la identificaci\u00f3n de compuestos, adem\u00e1s de la posibilidad de realizaci\u00f3n de masas en t\u00e1ndem para an\u00e1lisis estructural.
