Particularly, we have an interest in how endocrine disruptor\u00b4s exposure during pregnancy affects offspring glucose metabolism later in life.<\/li>\n<li>Role of\u00a0<strong>estrogen receptors ER\u03b1, ER\u03b2 and GPER1<\/strong>\u00a0in the physiology of the islet of Langerhans: how estrogen shape the plasticity of the endocrine pancreas during the adaptation to pregnancy and obesity.<\/li>\n<li>Mechanisms and signal transduction pathways that regulate the\u00a0<strong>secretion and function of pancreatic alpha, beta and delta-cells<\/strong>, both at cellular and molecular level.
