(UMH\u2013Elche)<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"307\" data-end=\"559\">We are pleased to announce the <strong data-start=\"338\" data-end=\"402\">First Welcome Day of the PhD Program in Health Biotechnology<\/strong> at <strong data-start=\"406\" data-end=\"419\">IDiBE\u2013UMH<\/strong> \u2014 a meeting designed to <strong data-start=\"444\" data-end=\"477\">welcome new doctoral students<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"482\" data-end=\"508\">strengthen connections<\/strong> among the institute\u2019s different research groups.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"561\" data-end=\"983\">The event will include the official presentation of the PhD program, as well as <strong data-start=\"641\" data-end=\"679\">dynamic and interactive activities<\/strong>, such as:<br data-start=\"689\" data-end=\"692\" \/>\ud83d\udcac A <strong data-start=\"697\" data-end=\"712\">round table<\/strong> on research careers and professional pathways.<br data-start=\"759\" data-end=\"762\" \/>\u26a1 A <strong data-start=\"766\" data-end=\"825\">flash talk session \u2013 \u201cExplain your thesis in 3 minutes\u201d<\/strong>, showcasing the diversity of research projects.<br data-start=\"873\" data-end=\"876\" \/>\ud83e\udd1d And an <strong data-start=\"886\" data-end=\"921\">interactive networking activity<\/strong> to encourage exchange and collaboration among participants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"985\" data-end=\"1287\">While PhD students will present posters and oral communications, the event is <strong data-start=\"1063\" data-end=\"1101\">open to the entire IDiBE community<\/strong> \u2014 including researchers, technicians, support staff, and undergraduate or master\u2019s students
