\ud83d\udd2c A New Alliance to Advance Health Through Biotechnology<\/strong> \ud83d\udc8a<\/p>\n

A few weeks ago, we announced the creation of the Joint Unit in Health Biotechnology (UMH\u2013CSIC)<\/strong> \u2014 a collaboration between the Institute for Research, Development and Innovation in Healthcare Biotechnology of Elche (IDiBE\u2013UMH)<\/strong> and the Institute of Medicinal Chemistry (IQM\u2013CSIC)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Today, we\u2019re excited to share a video that captures the spirit of this collaboration and the words of our director, \u00a0Antonio Ferrer Montiel<\/a>, highlighting the scientific and social value of partnerships like this one. \ud83c\udfa5<\/p>\n

This joint unit brings together the best of both worlds:
\ud83e\uddea The IQM\u2013CSIC\u2019s<\/strong> expertise in designing and developing therapeutic molecules.
\ud83e\uddec The IDiBE\u2013UMH\u2019s<\/strong> contribution through disease models and biomedical research.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udca1 The result?<\/strong> A synergy that will accelerate the discovery of new drugs to combat major health challenges such as peripheral neuropathies, cancer, and diabetes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Through this collaboration, all IDiBE research lines<\/strong> will benefit \u2014 driving scientific progress, innovation, and a lasting positive impact on health and well-being. \ud83c\udf0d\u2764\ufe0f<\/p>\n
