\u2728 Great news for health research!<\/strong> \u2728<\/p>\n We are excited to share that a project led by our director, Professor Antonio Ferrer Montiel<\/strong> (Miguel Hern\u00e1ndez University), has been selected in the prestigious 2025 Health Research Call by the \u201dla Caixa\u201d Foundation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n This project, developed in collaboration with Dr. V\u00edctor Soto Insuga<\/strong> from the Ni\u00f1o Jes\u00fas University Children\u2019s Hospital<\/strong>, stood out among 714 proposals<\/strong> and will receive \u20ac797,525<\/strong> in funding. Its goal: to advance new personalized therapeutic strategies<\/strong> for developmental and epileptic encephalopathy (DEE)<\/em>, a severe neurological disease that affects children from very early ages.<\/p>\n \ud83d\udca1 This achievement reinforces the commitment of IDiBE<\/strong> and the Miguel Hern\u00e1ndez University of Elche<\/strong> to scientific excellence, innovation, and research that truly improves people\u2019s lives.<\/p>\n Our warmest congratulations to Professor Ferrer Montiel, his team, and collaborators.
