This edition is part of the initiative in which the UMH participates, Science Goes To School (Science GTS), of the European Night of Women Researchers. The title is<strong> &#8220;From sea to plate: responsible consumption of seafood.&#8221;<\/strong> The invited speakers are <strong>Dr. Pablo S\u00e1nchez Jerez<\/strong>, Professor of the Department of Marine Sciences and Applied Biology of the University of Alicante and <strong>Dr. Luis P\u00e9rez Garc\u00eda-Esta\u00f1<\/strong>, researcher at IDiBE and professor of the Area of \u200b\u200bBiochemistry and Molecular Biology of the UMH.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The informative activity of Science with tapas is carried out approximately every two months and consists of an informal talk-colloquium on a current scientific topic while having some tapas in a restaurant.
