Today is World Breast Cancer Day. This pathology has one of the highest incidences within the different types of cancer. Luckily, survival continues to increase and every day more women manage to overcome it. To achieve this, early detection is essential. Therefore, today we want to draw attention to the social need to raise awareness among women about the importance of following protocols and check-ups and being alert to the appearance of any symptoms that may be related to breast cancer.
From IDiBE we want to show our support to all women who suffer from it and their families and claim that research is the best way to fight this disease.
