This month, we observed a human spleen lymphoid follicle, where the activation, proliferation and differentiation of B lymphocytes (CD20) takes place after the presentation of antigens by dendritic cells and macrophages (CD11b) (Image obtained using the image Hyperion+ coupled to the mass cytometer; CD20 yellow, CD11b blue and alpha_SMA pink).
