Today is the first month of the month and with it, in IDiBE – UMH, the image of our Calendar.
This time we have a fluorescence image where we observe the equivalent of dermis developed with primary human fibroblasts. The nuclei are marked in blue, collagen I in red and collagen III in green. The aim is to observe the secretion of extracellular matrix proteins by fibroblasts within a hydrogel.
