We continue publishing the images of the IDiBE – UMH Calendar for 2024.
In the case of September, we have the basal expression of ERβ (estrogen receptor β) in the INS-1E cell line (rat pancreatic β cell insulinoma) transfected with the plasmid mTFP1 (which encodes the expression of a green fluorescent protein ). ERβ expression is shown in red, cells transfected with the mTFP1 plasmid in green, and nuclei labeled with Hoechst in blue.
