On 27 November, the IDiBE-UMH became a meeting point for aquaculture research with the celebration of the II Workshop “Immunology, Nutrition and Welfare in Aquaculture”, an event organised by our researcher María del Mar Ortega-Villaizán as part of Aquaculture Week.
The workshop brought together researchers from international and national centres, along with members of the IDiBE, creating a space for scientific exchange where recent advances were presented and current challenges in immunology, nutrition, and animal welfare in aquaculture systems were discussed.
The event stood out for its participatory atmosphere, open discussions, and the opportunity to explore new synergies and collaborations in this growing field.
