Next Tuesday, February 13 at 6:00 p.m. in the UMH Classroom in Plaça de Baix, IDiBE researchers Ana Marcela Giudici and Nuria Martí Bruña will present the work they do in their respective areas of work in biotechnology research.
Ana Marcela Giudici is a assistant professor in the Department of Agrochemistry and Environment at the Miguel Hernández University. Biologist from the University of Mar de Plata, Argentina (1999) and doctor from the same university (2005). She has published 29 research articles and has been a CONICET researcher in Argentina and Spain after moving to our country in 2010, joining the group of Dr. José Manuel González-Ros. Nuria Martí Bruña is a assistant professor with a doctorate in the Department of Agri-Food Technology at the Miguel Hernández University. She has a degree in Agri-Food Engineering and Oenology and a PhD from the Agri-Food Technology Program. He has founded a university spin-off. She is the author of 38 research articles. For the IDiBE, scientific dissemination and the promotion of scientific vocations among girls are of great importance, which is why carrying out activities such as this conference are fundamental and Antonio Ferrer, director of the institute, wanted to invite families to participate and take girls and boys to listen to the work of two researchers of the quality of Ana Marcela Giudici and Nuria Martí.
The informative activity of Science with tapas is carried out approximately every two months and consists of an informal talk-colloquium on a current scientific topic while having some tapas in a restaurant. Entry will be limited to the capacity of the room.
