Last week, we had the pleasure of visiting ITACyL (Technological Agrarian Institute of Castilla y León) to conduct a mid-scale vaccination trial on sea bass, as part of our research line in virology applied to aquaculture. This trial focuses on the development of innovative oral vaccines for fish, representing a significant advance in animal health and aquaculture sustainability.
Representing IDiBE – UMH, Maria Del Mar Ortega-Villaizan Romo, Adrián López Murcia, and Maria Salvador Mira traveled to ITACyL to oversee the trial’s progress at their facilities.
