On Tuesday, November 26, our mass cytometry team attended the 1st Iberian CYTOF Congress held at the Scientific and Technological Center of the University of Barcelona.
This event brought together experts from across Europe, showcasing a wide range of applications for the technique, spanning from basic science to clinical research.
At IDiBE – UMH, mass cytometry technology is a cornerstone of our research, requiring highly skilled technical staff for optimal operation and maintenance. During the congress, various applications of our mass cytometer coupled with an imaging system (Helios Hyperion from Standard BioTools) were discussed. These applications aim to support both current and future projects at IDiBE, as well as collaborations with other public institutions and private companies interested in this technology.
