🌍 International Recognition for Research Excellence at IDiBE-UMH
Researchers Vicente Micol Molina, Angel Nadal, José Villalaín, and Francisco Javier Álvarez Martínez, have been recognized among the top 2% of the world’s most cited scientists in their respective fields, according to the prestigious ranking compiled by Stanford University and the academic publisher Elsevier, based on data from the Elsevier | Scopus bibliographic database.
This internationally renowned list measures the influence and impact of scientific output through advanced bibliometric indicators, taking into account not only the number of citations received but also their quality and significance.
At IDiBE – UMH, we congratulate our researchers on this important recognition, which highlights the scientific leadership, international impact, and commitment to innovation and knowledge transfer that define our institute.
This achievement is part of the 50 researchers affiliated with UMH and the Institute of Neurosciences who appear in the September 2025 edition, consolidating the university as an international benchmark in research excellence.
