  • To study the effect of endocrine disruptors with estrogenic activity on the alteration of ion channel physiology in pancreatic β-cells and neurons.

    2-year postdoctoral stay in the Department of Physiology of the University of Cambridge (United Kingdom) in the laboratory of Dr. Martyn Mahaut-Smith
  • Doctor in Biology from the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (2000) in the laboratory of Dr. Roberto Gallego at the Institute of Neurosciences-CSIC, during which he completed a stay at the Prince of Wales Medical Research Institute in Sydney (Australia)
  • Graduated in Biology in 1993 from the University of Alicante.
