Next Friday, February 9th we will have a new Seminar! It will be at 12:30 p.m. in the Von Humboldt room of the Torregaitán Building at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche
Under the title “Wine as a model system in microbial ecology and evolution”, Dr. Ignacio Belda Aguilar, professor at the Complutense University of Madrid, will give us a presentation on wine and its characteristics as an ephemeral microbial ecosystem, in which some a few dozen yeast species develop and interact during the alcoholic fermentation.
